Can I make any changes to my order once it has been placed?

Please contact us within 2 hours of your order if you need to make any changes including address, size, or items.

 

What payment options do you offer?

You can place your order through our website or bank transfer— please email us hello@sauceswim.com.au for this.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled within one hour from the moment you make your purchase.

Please email hello@sauceswim.com.au so our customer care team can take care of it.

How long does it take for a preorder item to be shipped?

Our pre-order items tend to take up to 6 weeks to allow for the order and production to be fulfilled. However, as we only have one seamstress this can vary—  please check the description page of the item before purchasing.

 

Is it possible to purchase a gift card?

Yes! you can do it here.

 

How often do you restock pieces?

We only re-stock the STAPLES collection. Our artist collaborations are one-off collections with limited re-stocks. If we sell out reaaaally quick we DO consider a re-stock. Let us know what you’re soul print is and we might be able to make your dreams come true (with the permission of the artist ofc)

 

How do I know which size is right for me?

We try suuuuuper hard to include images of various body types on our website. However if this falls short we include exact measurements of each size in our fit guide here

 

What fabrics do you use?

At the moment, all of our pieces are a combination of recycled nylon (made from ocean waste) and Lycra. See product descriptions for more specific details.

 

Where are you made?

Our production is based in Sydney, Australia. Should we change this, we will include it in the product description of the product.

 

How do I take care of my pieces?

Our pieces can last a VERY long time with the proper care. Please refer to our garment care guide here to ensure your piece stay fresh and saucy.

 

Is there a physical place where I can try SAUCEswim pieces?

Short answer, is no. We are an online store through and through. We do have some stockists that stock certain collections— track them down here
